I’ve held various creative roles for over two decades.
Here are some projects I’ve found rewarding.
Identity
The client wanted a logo for Barkswell, a San Fransisco-based blog and networking site (with plans to expand to more) for dogs and their people. I emphasized the “we” because the whole point is for dogs and their people to be together. I created other assets such as the social media avatar that emphasizes this.
Grow Brooklyn, a nonprofit ‘child’ organization of Brooklyn Coop credit union, needed a logo. I looked to the Coop’s logo, which at the time was a realistic tree, and created a logo for Grow Brooklyn using leaf silhouettes. I traced actual leaves I found on the sidewalk in Brooklyn for some authenticity. I also suggested using “Grow” and “Brooklyn” in marketing copy as seen below.
SPRINT Senior Care helps seniors in Toronto to live at home and access all they need to care for themselves. The organization came to me after they had been trying for some time to find a logo that expressed all that they wanted it to. I designed a modular symbol that represented their 4 key areas of service utilizing their existing brand color and typography. The new logo instilled pride in volunteers and seniors alike.
